-Arrivals and departures

It will be possible to check in from 3:00pm to 8:00pm.
Relais San Baio does not offer 24 hour reception service. There is bar or restaurant service in the hotel from 2.30 pm to 6.00 pm. Customers are requested to inform their arrival time in advance. Please check out no later than 11:00 on the day of departure. In case of occupancy of the room after check-out time, the payment of 1 night will be required.

-Cancellations and stays

At the time of booking, a pre-authorization will be made on the customer's card to guarantee its authenticity. At check-in you will pay the full amount.
The customer has the right to cancel his reservation without any charge up to 72 hours before his arrival at the Relais.
For cancellations communicated between 48 and 24 hours from the date of arrival at the Relais San Baio, a 1 night penalty will be charged. There are no refunds for the reduction of the stay.
Any booking or cancellation is considered valid once confirmation has been received by e-mail. (We encourage you to always check spam too)
IN CASE OF NO-SHOW (i.e. if the guest does not show up without notifying), THE ENTIRE AMOUNT WILL BE WITHDRAWN as compensation.

-Access to the facility

It is mandatory to notify the management of the entry and departure of people, for legal registrations.

Those found to be irregular commit a crime foreseen and punished by the law.

Visitors are also required to ask for authorization to access the facility and they will be asked for an identification document.

It is also mandatory to communicate the arrival and departure times for the delivery and return of the keys.
Access is only allowed to customers of age 16 or more.
Animals are not allowed.

-Linen

The linen is changed for free each three days, if the customers required the change we can do it daily with a charge of € 10,00 for the sheets and € 10,00 for the bathroom set.
The rooms are equipped with towels, sheets, bathrobes.
Two towels are provided for the pool bed.
Cleaning Room cleaning will be daily between 10:30 and 14:00. Rooms occupied during this time will not be redone.


-Parking

Each room has a reserved parking space available in the (unguarded) car park inside the structure. The relay does not take responsibility for objects left in the vehicles.

-Condition of stay

The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of the data of a valid credit card as a guarantee of payment (it will be verified at the time of booking), following which Relais San Baio undertakes to reserve the requested rooms (confirmation via e -mail and therefore we invite our customers to also check spam)

The balance of the stay must then be paid upon arrival.

The rooms of the Relais San Baio can accommodate a maximum of two people each.
There is no possibility of additional beds.
We do not accept minors under 16 years old and animals and no exceptions will be allowed.

-Rules of conduct in the community

The behavior of the individual guest must be based on the observance of those fundamental rules of tolerance, respect and collaboration that guarantee daily coexistence in relations with other guests and with the staff. The guest is required to maintain order and protection of the living environment in the common areas.
Respect for silence at night (10 pm-8.30am) and during the afternoon rest (1 pm-4pm) is a must.
The use of the TV is allowed only at low volume.
The use of mobile phones / smartphones / tablets is allowed only at low volume and in absolute respect of the quiet of the structure.
Legal Liability
Anyone who causes damage to the building, furniture, objects and appliances supplied, is held legally responsible under the regulations in force.
Intentional thefts and damage are immediately reported and therefore immediate reimbursement will be requested in the manner described above.
Relais San Baio assumes no responsibility for valuables (money, jewels, etc.) kept in the guest rooms or in the common areas.

Rates include: coffee pods in the room (4 per day), breakfast, wifi and smart TV with on demand service (Netflix).

-Respect for the environment

If you leave your room, for energy saving reasons, please turn off the air conditioning, room lights, TV and any other electrical devices. The linen will be changed every three days to respect the environment.
Damage, smudging, loss / non-delivery of keys

In the event of theft or damage, soiling of the building, furniture, objects, appliances supplied and loss or failure to deliver the keys before departure, the damage caused is paid by the person who procured it.

Payments of this type must be made immediately or will be charged to the credit card as a guarantee for the aforementioned (even days after check-out).

The loss of the key entails a cost of 50 (fifty) euros.

It is also absolutely forbidden to enter the room and in the wet common areas, to sit on chairs and sofas with a damp / wet costume.

Any damage caused to the upholstery will be charged as indicated above.

It is forbidden to:

Allocate any part of the common areas to their own particular use, occupy them with furniture, tools and other objects or, in any case, prevent their use by other guests.
Make calls to mobile phones / smartphones in the common areas unless the volume is kept to a minimum in respect of the tranquility of the other guests.
Keep animals not declared and approved at the time of booking.
Disturb other guests.
Attend the places for common use in pajamas, or in any case, with modest clothes, not in keeping with the dignity of the guests and the house.
Keep flammable materials, harmful and radioactive substances in the common areas and inside the rooms.
Throwing or depositing rubbish or rubbish outside the appropriate containers.
Throw materials into the drain ducts that could clog the pipes.
Make changes to the premises and furniture.
Tampering with the systems: electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, etc.
Using stoves of any type to prepare food or drinks, heat-producing appliances outside the equipment made available.
Smoking inside the rooms and common areas inside the structure.
Keep weapons of any nature or kind.
Hold and / or use drugs.
Lighting fires.
